Click on the information bar if it appears at the top
of your window.
Select Download File.
Click
Run, or click
Cancel to return to the TRF selector page.
Click
Run if you see this message.
Click
Next through the installer steps.
Click
Next.
Click
Install.
Click
Finish.
Click on the Windows '
start' menu, then '
All Programs', then '
Test Request Forms' to find the forms you downloaded.
